Yesterday

I didn't know what to do yesterday, so I just kind of winged it.  I did, in no certain order:

push press (men's Olympic bar w/o bar)
front squats (same bar)
DL 5 rep max of 50 kg
a few med ball cleans with 10lb
tabata rowing--4 minutes total

  1. This looks heavy duty, a lot more than just the motel workouts. It's really nice having access to a gym!
