2010 Crossfit Goal Already Met
2 Crossfit goals I resolved to do this year is bill 2400 hours, and to do at least one Rx workout. Well today, not even 3 weeks in to the year, I have already accomplished the latter: WOD today was 3 x 50 meter lunge, 100 meter broad jumps, 200 meter spring. I did it in 30:02. I have had trouble walking ever since.

Travel
So after yesterday's workout, which was a hike along the mountain ridge that forms the natural border between Georgia and Azerbaijan, I decided to finally get off my ass and do a hotel workout in my room. I did:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 air squats and push ups in 6:37
And it was super difficult! Well, the push ups were, anyway. The squats were okay. Today is also day 7 of my 100-day push up challenge (I decided to do 6 one day and call that day 3 and keep going. Am still doing knee push ups), so those will count for today's. Ow my arms...
I really miss barbells/plates and the C2...
