So after yesterday's workout, which was a hike along the mountain ridge that forms the natural border between Georgia and Azerbaijan, I decided to finally get off my ass and do a hotel workout in my room. I did:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 air squats and push ups in 6:37
And it was super difficult! Well, the push ups were, anyway. The squats were okay. Today is also day 7 of my 100-day push up challenge (I decided to do 6 one day and call that day 3 and keep going. Am still doing knee push ups), so those will count for today's. Ow my arms...
I really miss barbells/plates and the C2...

I bet the scenery on the ridge was pretty nice. Have you been quaffing lots of Kefir? And eating lots of Shashlik? The latter is obviously very paleo.
