Proof that CrossFit + paleo work

I have been Paleo with the exception of these past 3 or 4 days (no time to get groceries; exams), and I have been doing a strength-biased program that Mike K. sent to me.

I am seeing big results in body comp. I need to tighten up my eating though because that damn lower abdominal fat is refusing to budge.

My arms are going to get even better once I get my pull up / can do pushups. Can't wait to do some skill work at home.

  1. Great muscle definition, Jenni - check out those abs!!! CFA is all about the skill work these days. Vas worked with Dad and me on pullup form today after the WOD (my first thrusters ever)
