I tried as hard as I could to keep those last three above 250, but I'm just not there yet. Also, 3 minutes may sound like a really long time to rest, but your pulse never quite comes down to where you want it to be before you have to start up again.
I'm looking forward to working in some CFE workouts into my life - eventually.
ReplyDeleteToday I took a rest day after yesterday's Angie. Dad is still recuperating; I think we'll both go to the gym tomorrow. I will at any rate.
I've never done thrusters, and probably won't start this week, but I'm really glad that I could toss off 50 squats yesterday after more than a month of doing very few, and my hip flexor seems OK.
Wow, that is amazing on C2. It is so good for you. I'm still recovering from a knockout cold down here, hope to get back to gym soon before I lose my sanity.
