Got my super sweet interval timer in the mail yesterday, used it on my workout, Elizabeth.

cleans (power clean, 30kg)
ring dips (I did parallette dips with green band)
Previously I was only able to do the dips with green + purple bands, but this time around the green band only was no problem. I have a HUGE bruise on my collarbone from the cleans.
Just got the Rippetoe DVD in...so excited to watch it!
EDIT: whoops, forgot to mention that I finished it in 8:53

Excellent progress on dips! You are a musclelady. Proud of you. It is fun to measure the progress. The Rippetoe DVD is a blast. He is such an effective coach. He makes you feel like, how could I not understand and do this?
ReplyDeleteGood job on the workouts. The proper equipment really helps - glad you have a good stopwatch now. I just did an Eva T workout at Uncle Bob's. Rest day yesterday and tomorrow I think.
