Yesterday was front squats 3-3-3-3-3
I did (in kg): 25-30-35-40-40
The day before that I did DL 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 and established a new 1RM Deadlift: 85 kg. Yay!
Thank goodness today is a CF HQ rest day...my glutes are killing me!

ReplyDeleteGood job on workouts. Paleo sounds like it is working for you. I have been getting a lot closer to it myself recently; just makes you feel lighter, better, more energetic, less lethargic. Amazing.
